AppleCare+ is available for MacBook, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple accessories, and provides a one-stop service and support from Apple experts, so most issues can be resolved in a single call. AppleCare+ products benefis are seperate from and are in addition to the Apple Limited Warranty, the JB Hi-Fi Minimum Voluntary Warranty and any legal rights which are available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
AppleCare for Enterprise includes AppleCare Help Desk Support, which provides unlimited technical support via telephone for hardware and software diagnosis and troubleshooting, and issue isolation for Apple-based solutions. This direct access to Apple Business and Education advisors includes graphical user interface–level assistance with macOS Server network configuration and server administration. You can even speak with Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager when you call.
