JB Hi-Fi Business Kickstart Terms and Conditions

1. The entry period for the JB Hi-Fi Business Kickstart prize draw offered by JB Hi-Fi Group Pty Ltd (ABN 37 093 114 286) (JB Hi-Fi) opens on Thursday 4th December 2025 at 5:00pm AEDT and closes on Saturday 31st December 2025 at 5:00pm AEDT (Entry Period). The prize will be drawn pursuant to a random prize draw and is one (1) JB Hi-Fi Business Credit valued at $3000 (Business Credit).
2. Entry into the prize draw is limited to Eligible Participants (as that term is defined in paragraph 11 below) who have spent $1000 (excluding GST) (the Prize Draw Threshold) or higher on a single purchase transaction during the Entry Period (Valid Purchase Order). Valid Purchase Orders must be confirmed by JB Hi-Fi between the opening and closing dates and times and will not include items which are returned for change of mind or refund before the Draw Date.
3. The Business Credit prize will be drawn via a random prize draw on Wednesday 7th January 2026 (Draw Date) at 3:00pm AEDT at Podium Level, 60 City Road, Southbank VIC 3006.
4. A representative of JB Hi-Fi will notify the winning Eligible Participant (the Winner) via confirmation email to the Winner’s nominated email address by 5:00pm (AEDT) on the Draw Date. The confirmation email will contain information on how the Business Credit will be applied to the Winner’s Business account and how to redeem the Business Credit on future orders.
5. In the event JB Hi-Fi receives a “bounce-back” email confirming a failed delivery to the Winner’s nominated email address, JB Hi-Fi will make reasonable repeated endeavours to contact the Winner. If the Winner is not responsive within two (2) business days of the Draw Date, another Eligible Participant will be drawn. The Business Credit will otherwise be made available to the Winner within 14 days of the Draw Date.
6. Each Valid Purchase Order equates to one (1) entry into the prize draw. Entries into the prize draw are unlimited for each Eligible Participant. Each entry must be unique and received by JB Hi-Fi between the opening and closing dates and times.
7. The purchase of any of the excluded products listed in paragraph 12 below (Excluded Products) will not be counted towards, or included in, the Prize Draw Threshold. Excluded Products will be charged at the listed price.
8. The Winner’s Business Credit will be valid on the Winner’s Business account for 6 months after the Winner is notified that their Business Credit is available.
9. A Valid Purchase Order is based off the current ticketed price of the relevant products as offered on the JB Hi-Fi Business Website as at the time of purchase.
10. Entry into the prize draw is not availabe for Corporate Benefits customers, and Capricorn members.
11. Eligibility:
    Eligibility to participate in the prize draw is limited to participants who comply with the following:
    (a) participants who are current JB Hi-Fi Business Account holders;
    (b) participants who have made an online purchase via the JB Hi-Fi Business portal which is a Valid Purchase Order;
    (c) participants holding an Australian Business Number;
    (d) participants who are not on a credit hold with JB Hi-Fi Business, JB Hi-Fi Education or who do not have an overdue invoice (for the avoidance of doubt, an overdue invoice is an invoice whereby payment is outstanding past the due date for the invoice subject to the payment terms of the invoice); and
    (e) participants who are subscribed to JB Hi-Fi Business marketing communications to receive promotions and marketing for products, services or special offers through methods such as email, SMS and social media platforms,(together, the Eligible Participants).
12. Excluded Products:
    The following products are excluded from, and will not be eligible to contribute towards the Prize Draw Threshold needed to qualify for entry into the prize draw:
    (a) GST;
    (b) Products listed as “pre-order”;
    (c) Installation Fees;
    (d) Any JB Hi-Fi Business Services, including but not limited to:
    (i) Mobile/Broadband Plans; (ii) MYOB Licenses; (iii) Meeting Room/AV Bundles; (iv) JB Hi-Fi Care Products; (v) Finance.
13. The JB Hi-Fi Business Credit is not transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash.
14. The JB Hi-Fi Business Credit may only be redeemed via JB Hi-Fi Business.
15. The JB Hi-Fi Business Credit cannot be used to make payment of existing JB Hi-Fi Business invoices or for purchases from JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores or the JB Hi-Fi Retail Website.
16. The name of Winner will be published at https://www.jbhifi.business/ at 5:00pm AEDT on the Draw Date.
17. Purchases from JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores or the JB Hi-Fi Retail Website do not count towards and will not be included in the Prize Draw Threshold.
18. Purchases made by Eligible Participants that are returned for change of mind or refund before the Draw Date are not eligible to participate in this competition. JB Hi-Fi’s Refunds and Warranties Guide and the Australian Consumer Law will apply to all other returns validly submitted to JB Hi-Fi that are made pursuant to a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Guarantees and will remain eligible to participate in the competition.
19. JB Hi-Fi reserves the right to cancel or revoke a participant’s Business Credit (in whole or in part) at any time if the participant does not comply with these terms and conditions.
20. Instructions on qualifying an entrance into the competition and prize information forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions. JB Hi-Fi reserves its rights to disqualify entrants in the competition for any breach of these competition terms and conditions.
21. JB Hi-Fi accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
22. All personal information submitted by any entrant will be governed in accordance with JB Hi-Fi Limited’s (and its subsidiaries) Privacy Policy (https://support.jbhifi.com.au/hc/en-au/articles/360052938974-Privacy-policy).
23. This competition is a trade promotional game conducted in accordance with the laws of the states of New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
