With JB Hi-Fi you can choose to select one of our device care products that will provide you with additional peace of mind and delivery certainty of resolution, relevant to the product you have selected.

Device care options

Tech Care+

Any reason, anytime coverage including our Warranty Guarantee.

Extra Care

Extended warranty protection for mechanical and electrical faults.

3 Year Replace plan

  • Product purchase price $1000 or less
  • Period of Cover: Period commences 12 months after purchase delivery, and ends 3 years after purchase/delivery
  • Failures due to Accidental Damage, User Misuse or Failure to follow the manufacturer's instruction for usage; Excludes cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the item (see full Terms and Conditions for other exclusions and limitations)

5 Year Repair plan

  • Product purchase price is greater than $1000
  • Period of Cover: Period commences on the later of the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty and the JB Hi-Fi Minimum Voluntary warranty period, and ending 5 years after purchase/delivery
  • Failures due to Accidental Damage, User Misuse or Failure to follow the manufacturer's instruction for usage; Excludes cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the item (see full Terms and Conditions for other exclusions and limitations)
